Kyburz DXP

The DXP 3-wheeled electric scooter was especially developed for the Swiss Post.   Due to its narrow dimensions and 3-wheeled basis, it is astoundingly maneuverable, while offering a range of practical innovations to improve efficiency. Compared to the conventional scooter, the stop-go nature of the DXP can save the postman/woman an average of 30mins per day.  Alain Brideson was responsible for the design, build and production data of the vacuum-formed body panels and rear lights. The body parts had to be light, durable and allow for water-channeling. (Designed during employment at Design-Werk GmbH)
